just new here!needs help -

hi every one..Im mhae..a filipina,Im in singapore right now and my mom is living in tokyo japan since i was 1 year old..I was only talking to her on her phone but since december 2008 i didnt hear from her.I tried phoning her but her phone says not working..I sent her flowers in her birthday last August 2009 but she has no reply but the shop said she received it...Then i keep trying to phone her but no answer..So i decided to send her a Mail through EMS last march 16 and put there my numbers in philippines and in singapore and ask her to call me as her number not working..I even gave her my address in scotland as me and my fiancee is getting married in august and i want her to be there with me,then i track the EMS and says that the letter was already delivered but she havent contact me yet...I just want to know if she is ok..Hope any one can help me from tokyo
