It is tricky to explain how to post a video. you have to basically take the url link from youtube and use the code at the end of the link. for example let's take Vesperd's URL link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= -A4b8N4IiiOA

all you need of the URL is this --->A4b8N4IiiOA

you then take that code and put it after the letters yt inside these brackets [] after the code you put the letters /yt inside [] and you should have your code:

If it from You Tube site, then put in [@yt] then put in the video code, then put in [@/yt] but don't put in any @ symbols, I just put them to stop it from actually trying to do it.
You don't put in the whole URL though.
