Okay, here we go.
Tokyo Rain -   Salvanas aka Okutai -   Here's what I go so far. I made two, pick whichever one you like or both. If you would like something changed, please let me know, or if they didn't come out right, please let me know also. I'd rather have you guys wear nice siggies that you liked instead of bad ones that you didn't like and didn't wear. You'll notice that one is made pretty much exactly to your specifics and the second one is made with a little more leeway. Comments concerns, if you didn't like either of them, please let me know also, I can crunch out as many sets until you find one that suits you best. Next Sets will be for: Altaru. kaelazors (once you have an idea of what you would like)

You can still join in for the contest, of course. I'm not going to tell a willing writer not to enter his piece.
The only difference is, I won't have to tell you what specifics the winner needs, you can just make your own winner siggy if you win, lol. Squad 11 - Sanity isn't our style.
