Oyo! We'eve just been hit by the first snowstorm this year, which left a good 12 cm of fine powdery snow that kicks up and swirls in the wind. This means Christmas is knocking at the door and so are Christmas themed arts. ^_^

I've spend the last 2 days making Christmas cards for family and friends. Here's one of them :

Original color drawing. Letraset color markers on 100lb smooth bristol paper, my favorite for marker works. Original is 25cm x 18cm. The sky is added in Photoshop CS, it's from a photo I took of the sky at my brother's home.

Do it. No matter your level of artistic skills, a hand-drawn card is always much more meaningful than a cookie-cutter mass-produced industrial card.

I can't post any new arts in this gallery for a while. I've got a call to put my pencils to the service of the Motherland, supporting our deployed soldiers far away on the frontlines. Until my mission is completed I will drop all other art projects to devote myself entirely to the task under the slogan "The Mission is sacred. You must fulfill it no matter what the cost." Until then I post left-overs ^^;
