Making a Website??

hi, there!^^

i want to make a website, where people can get free layouts, Avatars ect....
(without paying!)
but i need help, is someone interested??^^....(i can make layouts ect.)

Well. If I were you I would start out by reading about it on the internet. Lots of sites about HTML and CSS are to be found around cs if you really try. :3

If you want to give up free graphics, remember to make them all yourself. XD

yeah, i make all my graphics by myself...and i can make layouts, too...but I want have an Staff of peoples who would help me!^^

That costs money. Just so you know..
Besides, I got a website myself.
It's really not that big a deal. You won't need a 'staff' for it. O_O jeez.

If you hire a staff, they will need to be paid. O_O

Anyway. Just.. To make it easier for yourself, try'n find a website where you can read about it.
