In no particular order
Trinity Blood, Chrno Crusade, Fullmetal Alchemist, InuYasha, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, and many more.
There are a lot of series that I prefer the manga of over the anime (such as Ouran High School Host Club and Full Moon W.S., and even Chrno...)
But that's a long list and the question is favorite animes ^_^
