It's really not THAT expensive. Material starting cost yes... Last I looked I remember that it was gonna cost about $30 to make 15 8x10 screens that can be used probably a good 20 or so times. You can get screen printing paint for about $15 a tub that will do A LOT. T-shirts, well you can pick up plain ones for about $5 and under wherever..... so initial starting cost is a bit much. I was planning on doing a bunch of gazette ones at one point and pushing them off on ebay as DIY fan made screen print shirts to try and get some money back.
