Hi,
I've been trying to find wholesale places for Japanese labels in Japan. Wondering if there is one in Tokyo, besides ame. I've read that there are some wholesale place but you'll need a special pass to get into the building. Is there any that are open to the public like Wufenpu in Taipei or San Shui Po in Hong Kong?
Would greatly appreciate help with this!!
