Okay so i know this guy who had what i would call is a 'japanese perm' which is kinda crimped but twisted at the same time as being pretty straight, it basically makes your hair really big but straight at the same time...
Im living in england at the moment and i need to know where i can get something like this done!
plz let me know if you know what im talking about so i know what to ask for when i go to the hairdressers!
