Cold Sake if you had warm before. The Gekkeikan is usually used as a house sake because it's cheap and doesn't taste to bad warm. I like cold sake myself. Try Fuki cold, or try a unfiltered sake (it's milky looking) with a few cucumber sticks in it. Just because a sake is expensive doesn't mean it tastes better either, go to a asian supermarket and take a few small bottles thats the best way. Your own sampling party!
