American guy looking to learn some Japanese and make friends along the way - 08-14-2008, 07:37 PM
As you can probably guess, I am from the USA. I have twice vacationed in Tokyo, and have found the city and the culture to be amazing. I am a sports junkie who loves to both play and watch them. I also write about them for my job (sport writer for my university newspaper).

I'm looking for some friends who can help a complete novice learn the language and possibly hang out with during some future vacation!
