[LMS]

I'd really like to cosplay a he is my master maid because i love their costumes! The only problem is...i can sew but i don't know how to make a pattern. Buying a cosplay outfit on the internet is not really an option because i can't find one or i have to let it be custom made and that's very expensive...so my question is: does anyone know how to make a pattern? I will pay you for it!
ps: i am dutch... so that might be a problem
