I'm not going to say I agree with the reasons America went into Iraq, but after a long drawn out battle, they are finally helping to get the country back in order and its practically running itself now. The reason he isn't bringing the troops home yet is because if they were pulled out now there is a huge chance that all they have finally helped create could be lost again.

This "pro-American" world your talking about isn't the one that is necessarily wanting to do something about North Korea the most. It's China, Russia, and Japan. And two of those three have enough military force to throw at it that if poked hard enough they wouldn't wait for the U.N. to okay it. And with the tests that North Korea has supposedly planned, he is really trying to see how far he can push buttons....
