I assure you it's absolutely correct. Here is the Japanese Wikipedia article for Morgan Burkhart: モーガン・バークハート - Wikipedia

You'll find that one of the best ways to check a katakana rendering is to look for the name on Wikipedia English and then look for the Japanese equivalent article to see how it's rendered in that article, as I did above.

Note that it is バークハート. Now, there are other ways to render it. If, say, you are rendering it from Swiss to Japanese instead of English to Japanese, you could say ブルクハルト like Jacob Burckhardt, a famous Swiss art historian.

And you are responsible for inferring any sarcasm. I was not being sarcastic one iota, and I honestly don't see how you could have read any into the post unless you wanted to see sarcasm. Projection and all that.
