Ah yes, the CoE. That was what took the longest for me, a couple months from start to finish I believe. I can't remember exactly, its been a while. However, I was also in Canada for the whole process.

I would say that's good advice for any job interview. Your personal life should never enter it; after all, what business is it of theirs that you are single/married?

I can't say I'd condone the forging of certifications though.
