If u got natural straight hair it's not very hard, just thin out about 50% of your hair and cut the desired lengths. If u don't have natural straight hair u need treatment.
I have a korean friend who's mother is a hair dresser so she's made his and my hairstyles a few times. But you can probably just go to any hair dresser, show a pic of desired style and I'm pretty sure they will be able to pull it off=)
