hands arent feminine enough, work on shading and light sources. for light sources, look into something called "rembrandt's triangle" i think its called. oh! and try to get into "foreshortening"; its when the head is turned to the side and, for example, the eye furthest from the viewer is shorter horizontally. just practice lighting and foreshortening; anime/manga has alot more form than you see. dont work too long on one picture. and you cant get faster unless you practice. i was in a game development project for the below pictures and they had me drawing like 20 sketches a day and i noticed i was learning.

this golem is a good example of light source. rocks are good practice for shading.
these took from 10 - 45 minutes
