It's mostly used to count cups/glasses of beverages.
We also use it to count octopuses, squids, abalones, etc. (Obviously not for the beginning student.)
The pronunciation of this counter depends on the actual number that precedes it. These are EVERYONE'S weak point. Read'em
aloud many times or don't even bother reading. Read'em silently and you will get absolutely nothing. I'm darn serious.
