If I may be blunt for a moment, there are only a handful of kanji that do not follow a very standard set of stroke order rules. Before you've learned a hundred kanji, you will likely have internalized these rules completely.

I honestly feel there's no need to have a quiz about stroke order as it practically goes to autopilot after a couple months.
