All of my experiences with JAL have been absolutely great. It is now pretty much the only way I'll fly to Japan. I've flown Economy, Premium Economy and Executive classes with them. All beat the crap out of the western airlines.

Last flight over from the USA a couple of months ago, my wife and I got bumped form Premium Economy to Executive; supurb!!!!! Second time I've had that happen with JAL.

My worst experience ever was with Air Canada; big mistake.
