The most funny anime right now for me is Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

For me it's gotta be Happy Lesson, Hare+Guu and Papuwa.:D

i think it would be Gintama :D

Funniest . . . hmm

--'Fruits Basket' had some hilarious moments
--'Hayate no Gotoku' poked fun at just about everything in the entire genre but you had to be a familiar with a lot of different animes to get the references and jokes
--'Tsukuyomi, Moon Phase', 'Chobits' and 'Kanokon' all had good chuckles throughout too

--I didn't really care for 'Excel Saga'

those are the funniest anime that I can think of
but ouran high school host club is the best ^^
