It is Latin, and I only know this because of some of the words they use being Latin.

My favourites are probably (and I say this because it's difficult to decide XD) Blaze (Tsubasa Chronicle S1 OP), Cloud Age Symphony (Last Exile OP), Yakusoku Wa Iranai and Mystic Eyes (Escaflowne OP and ED). I'm also liking the OP for Ghost Hunt at the moment don't know the name of it.

Not just the themesongs either, but all the songs in the series
