Transformers(the original + Movie) Gatchaman Force (GForce in the US) Voltron Mobile Suits Gundam there was an anime that inspired the Sailor V and Sailor Moon series, i can't remember the name of it, but it was in the 80s the original Power Rangers series was an anime (can't remember what it was called, but it was no where near as cheesy as the 90s shows) the original AstroBoy was Gigantor an anime? Macross (i don't remember the other two series, but all three were compiled into the american series Robotech) i think Ultraman started as an anime um....i think that's all i remember seeing during the 70s and 80s, besides Akira (saw it in the theatres, before they started enforcing the ratings system *does a happy dance*) |
