I know I'm new to JF and don't want to make anyone mad by my first post being a new thread, I'm just really miffed. :ywave:

thats as far as the creater wanted the anime to go :/ I was kinda dissapointed too. But the manga goes further. It's last volume recently came out to the US. You can read all the chapters at mangavolume.com (use the link on the home page to go to the old web-site if you run into any problems)

there will not be a continuation of the anime ~.~ if you read the manga, you'll see why... I don't want to spoil anything for you though :P

i loved the anime... but if u wanna know wat happens nxt just read the manga

yeah... the anime when it ended me and my sister were like What!???! >.< then we cryed in each others arms.... i made that last part up :eek: no we just poped in the next anime and were happy as clams but still the anime was totally awsome even if the end sucked butt :)

I LOVED the anime! It's one of my favourite anime's in my list - and I was too, dissapointed at the ending ><
I wanna get the manga but I don't wanna spend my money XD

I didn't mind the anime ending although it doesn't coincide with the manga completely, which is to be expected since the manga was still in process when the series was made.
It makes me laugh to watch the series now because if you know anything about Akito after following the manga...well, it's just amusing. I don't want to give anything away for people who haven't read the manga.
I really loved the original Japanese voice cast for the anime, but Funimation's cast wasn't that bad. I didn't like Yuki's or Ayame's English voices. I actually really despised the choice they made for Ayame's voice. Bleh! I did like Kyou's and Shigure's though. Arisa's was good as well. Tohru's was okay.

Hmmm, I hope they'll make some more episodes.
