Well...Slightly xD. I just hope he loved Kanna, since it never really clerifies his feelings for her. I'm wierd that way, always wanting things spelled out xD.

Its why I enjoy side-romances...they spell out EVERYTHING by giving you a peak into the characters minds. Full Metal Panic for example. You know they like eachother, its painfully obvious, and yet in this anime, who knows whats going on -_-" Still a good show tho ^_^

Edit: I just realized...how old do you think Kanna is? 16? at the most, 18? I'd guess that at the same time Ryuuya is in his early 20's to mid 20's, so...Maybe this relationship wouldn't have worked out after all neh? But then again, its set in 990 AD u_u

The ages seem about right but I doubt that would have mattered.

I don't watch Full Metal Panic the only time I watched it was when it was on at a con I went to

Don't worry about that. Full metal panic had a bit of everything, action comedy and romance, but to actualy add up the quality of each section, it just wasn't anything special.

Theres also the classic, pissy, over the top assholish female lead, similar to Naru from Love Hina.

No no...u_u Love hina anime was TOTAL crap. The MANGA, that was wonderfully romantic =D. I personally love romances, despite being a teenaged boy. Thats why i watched Air and Kanon. Niether one had what I wanted though: A solid love interest -_-"
