Us Americans could stop being so fat.

Hell, that'd take care of resource management, toxic waste, and the danger of the hole in the O-Zone layer all in one go.

I for one, think this should be applied, short term, for the whole world. At a maximum of two children per couple. It would reduce the stress on the lack of resources we have at this moment.

What kind of resources are you talking about?
because the world actualy produces more than enough food to feed everybody agriculture alone produces seventeen percent more calories per person than it did 30 years ago even though the population grew 70% the problem is that poor people don't have te money to aford it.

and about the offspring restriction, I am against it I've got five brothers and one sister and I can't imagine it any other way.
