It would be awesome to see a Feudal Japan action RPG game where you can choose to be a ninja or a samurai...

No, you have very real objections to me, and you bring the up off topic on an unrelated thread. You just want to fight, Ronin.

Will you PLEASE shut up about our personality clash? It's only an issue because you're making it one.

This just shows you do not understand the word, Ronin.

A soldier or sportsman (boxer) is not a Warrior. But a Warrior still exists. A Warrior is someone who may or may not have ever fought. It is irrelevant. The word simply means a person who takes full time martial pursuit as both a profession and a way of life, and holds it partially in a religous notion. That is an entirly possible things today.

I'm aware of it's meaning but I was really referring to it's usage in this day and age.

Your application of the term while not technically incorrect is not used really used in this way.

In other words... what I'm saying is that the only person who thinks you're any sort of warrior... is you.

There is also a figurative meaning to that word. Yours is the literal one ;).

Anyway. Go back to topic.

I'd choose ninjas over samurais any day.

Ninja. Ninja were more adaptable than samurai, not only in combat, but also in life. Both were deadly warriors and soldiers; Neither was absolutely honorable or dishonorable. However, in the end, it's the ninja's adaptability that makes them slightly more superior to samurai, as their ambiguity could help them survive in an ever-changing society and civilization.

You can strip a samurai of his swords and remove his title... A ninja would spit in your eye and take them back -- assuming you could take them in the first place.

You know which side I have to support... just look at my name!

I love both! I like Samurai(s) because of my favorite manga, Kaze Hikaru. I like Ninjas because my favorite manga/anime, Naruto! :vsign:

After watching this, I think Samurai definitely wins!
