xD You should watch Kowai Nichiyobi ("Scary Sunday") series, that includes Kowai Nichiyobi ~Shinsho~ (Scary Sundat NEW), Kowai Nichiyobi 2000 (Scary Sunday 2000) too xD plus specials. There are so many episodes and all are about horror legend in Japan. All series are on DVD too, so you can buy them from on-line shop, or you could search them from net. But I must say it is not easy to find all episodes. even harder is to find them with English subtitles...

I think "Nippon no kowai yoru" ("Dark tales of Japan") is good movie too, but I have not seen it.. yet.. wuahaha xD

Also "Mokuyou no Kaidan (Kaiki Club)" might be good mini series. It has 13 episodes and first episode is about Hanako O.O

Well in sometimes if you go on the backroads in certain parts of texas and oklahoma, There is this deer that is half woman an half deer.
well if she catches a very bad kid outside at dark then she
takes them an eats them for being bad or something...
I'm not sure I remembered right though.

I see. SO in like those back open strets right. Yea I can see why parents would tell that to their kids.

Yes and the goat-man is
a more gruesome version of the deer lady but he
attacks an eat's a kid if they get near where he lives.
But I focus more on Greek and roman myths and legends.

Ahh, yeah it is Awe-Shum but when your parents tell you
this when you are little it is very scary.
There are ghost stories in oklahoma but They are
more like different variants of other stories but based a little different.
