The best advice I can give is to think about the negatives of each.
I mean, if you go to the shitty school, so what? It's boring, for sure. A waste of time? probably. But getting kicked out of your house sounds like it could take you places you don't want to go.
What do I know? Maybe leaving your house will be just what you need.

Go Route A. You have the rest of your life to be free. You only have one real chance to finish high school properly.

Just use the time spent in school with those examples of human detritus as comedy material/story material/scouting for future episodes of Jerry Springer and America's Most Wanted.
