Why visit Japan?: i think tokyo is a fascinating city and since i'm an architecture and urbanism lover i think tokyo is the peak of it, besides i'm a geek and i think this country is the geek's heaven.

I'm an english teacher [if u need help PM me] and i'm taking cambridge diploma, so that i can teach anywhere in the world. i intend to teach @ tokyo schools

I've been studying Japanese for about a year now and i love it. I enjoy Japanese music, anime and dramas. I thought it would be a good idea to get on a forum and meet like minded people and also pick up some of the language on the way.

intentions and whatnot: After graduating, I feel like I've fallen out of touch with the Japanese world! I've only met one other person in real life with this common interest. So, I need to be on this forum! And sorry if I've posted an intro before, but it's weird. why do you want to go to japan:　That's going to be my job! I want a career in Japan, or at least dealing with it. I've lived there twice, first time for 10 months, and second time for 2. It was great both times, and I lived in completely different areas. Tochigi-ken, Kuroiso-shi is a small area where I was the only foreigner! That's where I lived for almost a year. Then I lived in Kyoto for a 2-month study program, which was also awesome. I would give anything to study in Japan again!

Hi, I'm a 31-year old Scotsman. I worked in Japan for 2 years from Aug 24-30. I work in Poland now as an English teacher. I have travelled a lot in the last 8 years and am going to see Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland later this month. I still remember Japanese to a reasonable extent.

Heya, i thought id check this site out when i saw it on a random japanese music site.
Im from Australia, though i intend to travel ASAP (Including Japan:p )
Um...... Well i thought id have a look here to see if i could find some Japanese friends of maybe even learn some more about Japan and possibly learn how to speak some....
Well, Im a female from Australia and im currently in Tafe studying to be a Div2 nurse; this training i hope to use by traveling the world spreading my skills hehe.
