I found it in a manga called Train man. LOL the manga was actually about an otaku like most of us who spent lots of his time on this very website~!!

You know Im not really sure but the original japanese Title is

Yesterday, I decided to search for a new forum based on all things Japan and Japanese.. I am a member of one other Japan-related forum, but that one has truly eroded my sense of confidence in brotherly kindess in a Forum family (that's how I like to view the Forum concept, anyway).

So when I found this one among dozens, I read the Rules and Guidelines here and thought "Now, -that's- the Stuff!" and registered.
