It's because the percentage of women smokers has been below 40% longer, that's why they're not mentioned there.

Quit a few years ago. Still quit :) Not having any problems whatsoever :D I smoked 1-2 packs a day for 6-7 years, just got ..well bored with them 0_o..really weird..but oh well done with that :)..Just miss something to do when I have to wait for something..anyway, thanks suki-woman-definately-no-dude-person XD (got it right this time!! hah!)

Well I know myself and setting a date and quitting doesnt work for me. I just had enough, because I smoked so much I guess..I just sat in my car omw to work (ofc no breakfast as smoking cancels out hunger) smoking my..3rd - 4th cigarette one morning and thought "geeez it doesnt taste like anything does it?" and decided quit :D

So you mean that if I'm starving and I have a fag I'll stop feeling hungry? Errr wrong, it is said so but it doesn't work in reality, not for me.
And the truth is it does taste like shit, but you don't realise once you're addicted to it. It has happened to me many many many times. When I get the flu or something I stop smoking for like 3/4 days then when I inhale the first drag it tastes horrible and that is the real flavour. The best way to quit is to do it gradually I think. |
