Does it not go hand in hand with The age of criminal responsibility?

In the UK at least, if you are below 18 years of age (Where the age of smoking was 16), you are NOT entitled to duty free allowance while travelling - despite being old enough to pay NI tax, Income Tax, Local Council Tax....

Bit hypocritical if you ask me。

No, the legal drinking age is 21. You're a legal adult in most states when you're 18.

Why doesn't it make sense? I drink and kill people at age 18 XDDDDDDD Hahahahahahahaha! guess people seem more responsible after that age. Plus its not like people wait to be 21 to drink anyways so why does that matter right now? :rolleyes: .
