0_0 I feel so inexperienced... I've never had Udon either.

If you know how to use chopsticks then you're experienced enough.

Chopsticks? haha, what does that have to do with Ramen?

Almazing1000 12-23-2008 03:13 AM

I love Ramen! Ramen and Pizza Rolls is how I survived in college.

Piratice 12-23-2008 05:17 AM

It's not difficult at all. See, I eat them crushed up.
(I know. probably not the "right" way to eat them)
I just don't like a long string of noodles.

There's no right way to eat them but...they wouldn't really be noodles anymore -.-;; Noodle soups are about slurping up all the yummy goodness :D. It would be considered strange to eat it otherwise in Asian countries though...

DAMN I'm hungry for Taiwanese style ramen with basil now! I hate all of these food threads with a passion! Draw me in like a moth to fire and make me hungry, that's all they ever accomplish. DX

taiwanese style ramen- MMMMM...
I'v only had it once.

Don't make me choose between udon and ramen, they're both soo good.
but at the moment, I'm feelig udon.

Harold 12-24-2008 04:56 AM

This is a tie for me. I honestly don't favor one over the over. They both have a variety of flavors and are so delicious.

Kumiko 12-26-2008 11:22 AM

Dude I love Ramen and Udon both so much, and typically I like to switch on and off eating them. Like one day I'll eat Udon, next time I'm in the mood for noodle soup its Ramen, then Udon, then Ramen... lol Its so hard to choose between the two! >w<

By the way, I use CHOPSTICKS to eat mine. ^_^

Wasabista 12-26-2008 11:25 AM

Ramen over udon, definitely. Udon is thick and flavorless compared to that greasy, savory rameny goodness.

minimin 12-27-2008 12:26 AM

Ahh, I've had both and both are soooooo good to me but Ramen is YUM at the moment atleast :D

oliver 12-27-2008 02:16 PM

ONLY RAMEN
ABSOLUTLY RAMEN
RAMEN FOR EVER:vsign:

personwithaboringlife 01-02-2009 01:13 AM

ramen - it looks more interesting lol... :D

animemaga 01-03-2009 02:22 AM

Udon and ramen are not at all the same! Well, except that they are both noodles...
I vote for udon. Kake udon is the best!

JuanitoElChino 01-03-2009 02:35 AM

I love ramen and udon equally, but I say SOBA FTW!
