Udon in Japan is amazing, much more flavor than anything I've had here. I love Raman aswell, but its all from a package, so I have nothing to compare it to yet. So I go with neutral at the moment.

Ramen, especially when it's prepared fresh (in other words, not from the package). I like Ramen noodles way more than Udon, although, I like Soba over both.

i love ramen but soba is also up there.
but i gotta say soba is delicious.
