Of course, different ingredients will make different taste. The question is if you or other people do mind (or find) the difference or not.

What is your plan for the cooking?

As RadioKid already it will change the taste of the food but you can also order ingrediants online, umm I don't have any links but I will go on google now and look some up.

edit: I thought I found a link of a asian import store but they don't sell any food :(

Edit: Found one!! YAAAY! They sell organic, hard to find, pocky, beverages, and some other stuff. Here is the link: Asian Food from Pocky to Miso | Asian Food Grocer

I want to make traditional ramen soup

but I cant seem to find an actuall recipe on the net, the same stuff keeps popping up, and it\'s either pics of what they did and it tasted great blah blah blah, I\'m looking for the list of the things I need to make a ramen noodle soup
what kind of noodles do I need? does it matter if the noodles are fresh made or if there pre-made? how do I make the broth? what are some the common things that are added to the soup? that kind of stuff
