hmm sorry, I don't know.
I'd heard it is a modern okinawan(mixed traditional okinawan and modern japanese).
however my okinawan dialect-dictionary say,
brother:
niinii(miimii) is used in nakijin area.
yacchii is used in naha area.

Keep in mind that Okinawan dialect is to Japanese as Hawaiian pidgin is to American English.
