Sorry I must have worded that post wrong, I wasn't directing that at anyone in particular.

Tae Kim's Japanese guide to Japanese grammar

I basically read every little content and the table of content. Then after I have read it I use other resources like flash cards(mostly for kanji) and Iknow.co.jp for a even more advanced flash card system and other neat stuff. And ofc using google to correct sentances I make(lang-8 is even better for this, but I haven't used it yet) and other sources of learning as a suplement.

Tea Kim's Japanese Guide to Japanese has really helped me a lot. So far I have learned most of the common particles, conjunctions, polite form etc. Not only do I learn about Japanese it has also thought me grammar and grammatical expressions in general. The only thing that is negative about the guide imo is that some of the examples are a little wierd, but most of them are good.

Overall it is an excellent guide which have thought me alot.

Apparently not cuz I just found it only a few months ago ;) It isn't advertised in classrooms or too many other venues for learning Japanese...

Some people taking Japanese in my university quasi-replaced the textbook with this website. A bit unorthodox but it's possible if you are quite aware of uncertain differences.
