I have trouble remembering シ　ツ　ソ　ン too but just recently after I busy typing answer into blogger, i sort of able to remember シ　ツ (because the tte easily than before.

as for ソ and ン....
i remember it by the sound of the word... ソ (is like going down) ン (is like going up
