I'm not completely sure and way to lazy to search it up but your name has to be Japanese (For example, my name is Tori and Tori has a Japanese meaning - 鳥 and also a foreign, but my name wasn't meant for the Japanese meaning so it's in Katakana) and/or you have to also be from Japan.

my actual name is Kanji but in chinese form. Since the japanese name gt 4 words compared to chinese just gt 3 words. + what i want is changing my actual name to japanese 4 kanji wording name. Adrian is just my side name ! just like Makio/Patty. my actual name is 黄世界 3 words and against i want it to be japanese name. Yahoo~
but since i might impossible so... i might be hopeless on it, seen... swt *

I'm not sure that I understand this... are you talking about the number of kanji allotted for a name? I didn't know there were such strict rules on this. When you say 4 words, are you saying 2 for your first name and 2 for your last name? I've seen plenty of Japanese people with 3 kanji last names... I've also seen plenty of Japanese people with 3 kanji first names (especially girls).
