Man... I need a Japanese teacher like you... but I don't... We only have Spanish in school... and where I live, the nearest mall is 72 miles away so... yeah...

Ah... don't hide in emo corner! I'm Chinese and I don't know how to write or understand my country's language (well... it's not really my country considering that I was born in the U.S.), Mandarin. I can only speak Cantonese and that isn't very good either. But I have no intention of learning mandarin but my parents are forcing me. I want to learn Japanese!

There is no mistake, but you can put "lunch" there.

私は沖縄出身です。しかしイギリスに引っ越したため、私の日本語の理解力、著述力（文章力？）のレベルは低下しました。

I couldn't find the good word for 書くこと。I don't think that 「書くことのスキル」 is natural. But umm....著述力 is can be too formal??

I hope you all had a great Saturday!

From now on, I'm going to try writing things in English, in regular Japanese with kanji and kana, and (if the sentence contains kanji) also in all kana. This will (hopefully) help me remember how to pronounce new kanji, as well as help people find errors in my writing.

Tonight I went to the combini.
今晩 は コンビニ え 行きました。
【こんばん は コンビニ え いきました。】

I bought my dinner there. Here is a picture.
あそこ に 私の晩ご飯 を 買いました。 これ は 写真 です。
【あそこ に わたしのばんごはん を かいました。これ は しゃしん です。】

The right side of the picture is the package label.
右 に は、ラベル です。
【みぎ に は、 ラベル です。】

The left side of the picture is the dinner.
左 に は、 晩ご飯 です。
【ひだり に は、 ばんごはん です。】

I made the dinner in the microwave.
晩ご飯 は 電子レンジ で 料理 しました。
【ばんごはん は でんしレンジ で りょうり しました。】

The dinner was vegetables. There was tomato, cabbage, onion, carrots, kabocha (Japanese pumpkin), corn, mushrooms, and green beans.
晩ご飯 は 野菜 でした。トマト と キヤベツ と たまねぎ と にんじん と かぼちゃ と コン と きのこ と まめ でした。

今晩はコンビニへ行きました。

Umm. Not natural to say 「あそこに」私の晩御飯を買いました。 I guess 「そこで」

そこで私の晩御飯を買いました。これが、その写真です。

This そこで is "at there".
I'd say これがその写真です。And use は for 右は、左は。

写真の右側はパッケージのラベルです。

I can't explain well but... if I were you, I'd write 右は。 not 右には。

写真の左側は（私の）晩御飯です。

晩御飯は電子レンジで調理しました。

If I were you, I'd use 調理（ちょうり） than 料理。調理 is cooking.
料理 can be the thing you cooked, or "cooking".

料理 is more like... you cut n grill etc.
料理という言葉は、切ったり焼いたり煮たりという一連の具体的な動作を想像させます。

Um. But maybe only me lol.

晩御飯は野菜でした。トマト、キャベツ、たまねぎ、にんじん、かぼちゃ、コーン（Or とうもろこし）、きのこ、緑の豆でした。

corn　is not コン, but コーン。 Or とうもろこし in Japanese.
And mushrooms are マッシュルーム in JP. But only mushrooms... I mean not all キノコ。

野菜が好きです。

You have a habit of writing 好きます instead of 好きです。
好きです is correct.
