Just finished watching both Ju-Rei and Shutter, even though they're not that good, or long, I'm going to make a 'review' for each ^^: Ju-Rei: The Uncanny: This was an interesting film. How they set up the story going from the end to the beginning was something I don't think I've seen before, and as such, it kept me interested in how it all started. The ending was kind of 'o..k..', but still really worth the watch. A nice adition to any J-horror lover's collection Rating: 4/5 stars Shutter: This Thai film is well worth the money! A great adition to any Asian horror collection (much like Ju-Rei). From within the first few minutes of the film until the ending is filled with suspense, wonder, and even a little 'got to hold your pillow' fun~ Me and both of my sisters greatly enjoyed this one and all of us are happy I bought it. If you get a chance, be sure to rent or buy it for yourself! Rating: 5/5 stars |
xD!! I was kidding... :) Tease me to your heart's content.

I have seen a few of the Japanese Horror films mentioned here. Ju-on and Pulse I really prefer the Japanese Versions over the re-makes. Tale of two sisters is freaky mainly because I really dislike the flittering ghost types because that is just plain creepy. I have seen one called Acacia which is wierd cause it is basically about a killer tree and it's just so confusing.

You should check out Marebito. :) Along with Pray. Ooh, sorry this is Chinese but, check out Heirloom. It's a great movie.
