It's a photoshop... gosh how many times do I need to say. Bill fights such people who say he is gay or he is a girl... do you think he would make such a photo after his claims?

Oh and it's not really noticeable but his head has been cut off from another pic.

I'm saying if he would look good as a woman, a photoshopped pic would have to be made, to see.

well, you can easily tell other ways...
not to mention, hair has no basis on male or female. look at jrockers for example.
