Btw, could you please explain why is hockey stupid, or how could be any sports "stupid" for that matter?

I dunno just is. Always looked so funny too me. But mostly because it's Canadian and reminds me of my boyfriend and I like too make fun of him when he acts stereotypical Canadian. Not because I think I'm superior, just for shits and giggles.

Have you got any logic or facts to back up your statements?

Yes, of course, there have ben, are and will be exclusions and people who strive to conquer new heights, but that still won't get Africa to be covered in snow and ice X)

I didn't know I needed facts for having an opinion.
No , I don't. It's very simple. I don't like it.
Kinda like how I don't like the color yellow on houses or chipped black nail polish.
Or the myspace angles. Or this pink cup I'm drinking from.
It's a matter of opinion not science. I'm not going to give myself a scientific explanation or list of facts every time I dislike this or that. Much less you. Sorry : (

Then could you do everyone a favor and word your "opinion" in a way that represents that it is a opinion and not a statement, that could require a reasoning and facts behind it in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and/or arguments.

Or you could not look to deep into something before someone has a chance to react to it negatively.

Hmm... on the contrary, i think that shallow conversations can turn in-to a senseless argument much faster than a deep discussion between mature (or maturely behaving) people, where facts are provided and opinions are motivated.
And what's the point of having a shallow conversation anyways? You can not learn to swim in a puddle, can you?

Personally, I'd rather wait until a problem arises to deal with it. I don't see the point in using some kind of detailed explanation or disclaimer on every statement I make when it's usually a waste of time.

i did not ask a explanation for every statement, just for this one:

Yet what i did say, is that it is only a common sense for you to be able to back up your statement when it is required by the opposing party in a conversation (to get your point across and/or be able to sustain dialog in a civilized manner, on order to avoid dumb flame war).
If you would see such necessity as a waste of time (note the "if" in the beginning of this sentence), then your motivation of entering a discussion may (and most probably is) unwelcome.
