Okinawan goju ryu litraly means hard soft style of karate and ive heard its also known as jundokan in karate

Shanis, what you are asking is Chi-Gung and it is the meditation part of Shaolin Kung-fu. it's the ability to focus all your energy in a given part of your bodyas to resist or overcome pain, but it takes time to develop this and phisycal excercise goes with it too. kung-fu is the phisycal part and Chi-Gung is the spiritual. Chi is energy in everything that have life.
