You should look up the definition of "KUNG FU"... Wing Chun is a form of it, Wing Chun is just Wing Chun, we don't usually referr it as "Wing Chun Kung Fu"... And as a FYI, Kung Fu = Martial Art in Cantonese, so don't tell people that you take "Kung Fu", because you are essentially saying that "The martial art I am studying is martial art"

If you ask Jackie Chan, he himself will tell you that what he practice was not martial art. The extremely acrobatic gymnast movement is from this opera form of practice that he was in. The Chinese name is "Jing Chi" - "Provincial Opera" or if someone can translate this better than me feel free.

Most of these "Opera" are ancient martial art themed, they mostly consist of staged fight scene, as a result, actors are exposed to things thats "martial art" like. A lot of their moves and practices are from what is now known as "Wushu", but it is NOT "Wushu" itself.

Jackie Chan's martial art knowledge comes from movies that he was(IS) a part of, his practice in this unique form of opera enabled his success to "portrait" himself as a martial artist.

Bruce Lee would be my second choice after Jackie Chan who was my first choice :)

(That's another great reason alone as to why Jackie Chan is so cool 'cos he has his own fab cartoon series!!!) :D

Well Bruce Lee was in the "Green Hornet" aaahhhh that was a 70's T.V. show
