I am also in two forums for martial arts, so I know of course MMA, but I've never done that. Isn't also Chuck Norris doing MMA? Have a lot of fun with MMA.

I don't do any martial arts myself.. but does anyone know one which a 5 year old would possibly be able to do and pick up at that early age.. because I have a nephew who is constantly attacking inflatables at the moment and he is interested in doing martial arts.
