I have played some of Dark Cloud 1, I even own it, but unfortunately I had to set it aside when I was faced with other problems... And now I've completely forgotten where I was in the game >_< I'll have to start over, but I do want to play it eventually.

My favorite character is:

Hwand Seung Kyung! :D who's yours?

Dark Cloud 1 is sooo much fun, you need to find it and start over. There is alot to do and it is a worthy RPG. It is better then Dark Cloud 2 I think. Have you ever played Dyansty Warriors? or Shadow Hearts? <--RPG!

Oh my gosh, it's the same for me! Kilik is a close second, but Seung Kyung is my favorite as well.

Crap, you really are making me want to throw my studies out the window and just play video games for a week. I mean that in a good-ish way. I'm glad that Dark Cloud 1 is a good game.

I have heard of Dynasty Warriors, but never played it.

What's Shadow Hearts?

Dynasty Warriors is awesome.
My Fav. character is Zhang He! (Sure he is gay, but his gayness doesn't stop him from kicking butt, or clawing it!)

That is so cool! I never met another Seung Kyung fan besides myself! :D Haha, sorry about that, I usually have that impact on people. After talking to me they want to play games all day.

As for Shadow Hearts, I am surprised you haven't heard of it:

Shadow Hearts is a series of role playing games for the PlayStation 2. The original Shadow Hearts was developed by Sacnoth and released by Midway in the United States on December 11, 2001. The sequel, Shadow Hearts: Covenant (or Shadow Hearts II), was also made by the same group, although Sacnoth reformed itself into a company called Nautilus for the project. It was released in October 2004 in the United States. A further sequel, Shadow Hearts: From the New World, was released in Japan on July 28, 2005 and in the United States on March 7, 2006. The Shadow Hearts series is known for its Lovecraftian horror and juxtaposition of historical facts and details with fantastic, often anachronistic characters and events, otherwise known as a "secret history" or alternative history. While not amazing sellers, the Shadow Hearts games have developed a reputation as "cult" games that have done very well in their niche.

Shadow Hearts takes place fifteen years after Koudelka, 1913, in the same universe. On a branch of the Trans-Siberian Railroad in Manchuria, the game's protagonist, Yuri Volte Hyuga (Urmnaf "Uru" Bort Hyuga in the Japanese version), hears a voice in his head telling him to rescue the young Alice Elliot, whose priest father was recently murdered in a most brutal fashion in Rouen, France. After an English gentleman by the name of philosopher Roger Bacon attempts to abduct Alice from the Japanese army himself, Yuri saves her, and starts a quest through China (and eventually Europe) to discover Alice's importance, Bacon's intent, the identity of the mysterious voice, and his own relevance.

Shadow Hearts 2 and 3 follow the story of the previous Shadow Hearts
