When You smile
You make my day
When you laugh
My misery goes away
When I see you
My world goes round
But when you leave
I Miss you all the time

God is love.
Love is blind.
Ray Charles is blind.
Ray Charles is god.

The sky’s the color of blood,
The sun setting behind the purple clouds
And my mind wanders once again to you
My love, my baby, my soul mate.
At times my loneliness creeps up
And takes away my breath
As the tears fall.
Please don’t fret love,
For the loneliness
Is small compared
To the love in my heart
That I have for you.
For now my wings are tied to my back
Waiting for the chance to spring
At the sight of you baby.
So come home soon
And let me be free again…

and look at me now
i am here a year later knocking on your door
and stealing that kiss i missed the year before
oh how i loved those lips
i feel that way now and forever more.
