yep yep, that's what my mom did yesterday to cook unagi. we were making sushi rolls. <3 ^^
i could ask her later for how long to grill it. i don't exactly pay attention much when she does it. ^^; but i know it's not too long, cause then it'll dry it out... obviously. o.o;
